Snowscheme 2009 Part 6: Phil Day

Before Yggdrasil got sacked, it and Niflheim were practically BFF countries, because their kings (Phil, king of the elves, and Paring, king of the demons) were also bros FOR LIFE. (literally. To the bitter end for Phil!) And because demons love a good party, Paring sure as hell was going to haul in his Prinny and other demon servants and turn Yggdrasil into Party Capital for a joint birthday party/island-wide Christmas party.
